Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, taking ownership of requests and ensuring resolution
Drive a variety of vehicles including passenger cars, SUVs, wagons, wheelchair vans, and 14- to 29-passenger buses for scheduled trips within Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, occasional regional day outings, and shuttling on property
Safely assist residents in and out of vehicles, including wheelchair and walker assistance and proper wheelchair securement
Support Concierge and Security teams as needed, including minor vehicle upkeep, parking lot and traffic management, and resident assistance on campus
Maintain accurate logs and trip records
Act as a dependable and friendly presence, making daily interactions meaningful for residents
