Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to assist elderly residents
- Availability for flexible shifts
- Ability to comply with safety regulations
- Physical ability to assist residents on and off the vehicle
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in a driving or transportation role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with seniors
- Knowledge of safety and health standards
- Ability to document care services accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Inspect vehicle to ensure safe operation weekly and before extended trips
- Assist passengers on and off the vehicle
- Drive van to assigned locations
- Follow Home Care Services standards and procedures
- Document care services provided to residents
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Communicate resident needs to Care Coordinator or Manager
