Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to follow protocols and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist residents safely
- Flexibility to work as-needed shifts

Job Duties
- Inspect vehicle to ensure safe operation before trips
- Assist residents on and off the van
- Drive van to assigned locations
- Document care services in resident records
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Communicate resident needs to care staff
- Participate in meetings and educational sessions
- Follow safety and health standards including infection control
- Report unsafe conditions and request assistance when needed
- Promote resident independence and uphold resident rights
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Foster teamwork and professionalism
