Job Duties
- Provide guests with an amazing customer service experience
- Uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being warm, courteous, and professional toward the guests at all times
- Lead and coordinate timeliness for the day's deliveries
- Assist with delivering recoveries, potentially outside of the normal work hours
- After completing training, coordinate between guests and the team
- Route and dispatch deliveries
- Help problem solve
- Communicate with drivers about their routes and guests with questions
- Execute duties in an efficient and attentive manner
- Gather personal details about guests to customize and data-mine for future BPA opportunities
