Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year of experience in concierge or guest service roles
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- familiarity with Miami’s local culture and attractions preferred
Job Duties
- provide detailed and personalized guest recommendations
- secure reservations at exclusive venues
- introduce guests to local attractions and cultural experiences
- assist with guest needs and inquiries promptly
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
- maintain knowledge of local events and hotspots
