Job Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality or senior living
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- experience supervising staff including training and mentoring
- basic first aid and CPR certification where required
- must complete all required training programs
- proficiency in computer and CRM software
- ability to communicate warmly and professionally
- valid driver’s license if driving company vehicle
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Three to five years of relevant experience in a luxury setting
- BA degree preferred
- experience in supervisory capacity including directing, training, coaching and mentoring staff
- basic first aid and CPR certification where required
- notary a plus
- bilingual or multilingual language skills a plus
- highly proficient computer skills
- experience working with CRM or customer database software
- successful completion of Atria specified training programs
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome every resident and guest to the community
- handle all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- become familiar with local businesses and provide directions and personalized services
- assist with ensuring proper maintenance and appearance of property entrances, lobby and common spaces including restrooms
- serve as point of contact for all resident requests and ensure tasks are recorded and fulfilled in a timely fashion
- respond promptly and follow through on various needs and requests
- escalate issues to management or other team members as required
- receive, document, and deliver mail, packages, dry-cleaning, and other personal items
- assist in coordination of community’s transportation schedule including scheduling appointments and assisting with alternative transportation
- communicate effectively with team members to provide five-star service
- drive company vehicle to social and other destinations if required
- perform other duties as needed or assigned
