Job Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant experience in a luxury setting
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a supervisory capacity including directing a department, training, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- Notary certification a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual language skills a plus
- Successful completion of all Atria specified training programs
- Highly proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM or other customer database software

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome every resident and guest to the community
- Handle all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Become familiar with local businesses and provide directions and personalized services
- Assist with ensuring proper maintenance and appearance of property entrances, lobbies, and common spaces
- Serve as point of contact for all resident requests and ensure tasks are recorded and fulfilled timely
- Respond promptly to needs and requests and escalate issues as required
- Receive, document, and deliver mail, packages, dry-cleaning, and personal items
- Assist in coordinating community transportation schedules and communicate effectively with team members
- May drive community vehicles for resident transportation
- Perform other duties as assigned
