Job Requirements

  • Three to five years of relevant experience in a luxury setting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity including directing a department, training, coaching, and mentoring staff
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
  • Notary certification a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual language skills a plus
  • Successful completion of all Atria specified training programs
  • Highly proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM or other customer database software

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome every resident and guest to the community
  • Handle all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Become familiar with local businesses and provide directions and personalized services
  • Assist with ensuring proper maintenance and appearance of property entrances, lobbies, and common spaces
  • Serve as point of contact for all resident requests and ensure tasks are recorded and fulfilled timely
  • Respond promptly to needs and requests and escalate issues as required
  • Receive, document, and deliver mail, packages, dry-cleaning, and personal items
  • Assist in coordinating community transportation schedules and communicate effectively with team members
  • May drive community vehicles for resident transportation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
