Job Duties
- Handles customer concerns and complaints immediately using appropriate service recovery tools and guidelines
- Provides information regarding the medical center and local area
- Greets patients and visitors, provides patient and hospital information and escort services to those in need
- Utilizes technology to appropriately direct guests, visitors and patients throughout hospital campus
- Assists with patient arrival and departure
