Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- One plus years prior experience in workplace experience services, hospitality, events, commercial facility or property management
- Strong communicator with good presentation and active listening skills
- Ability to deliver results with initiative, integrity, and good judgment in fast-paced environment
- Customer service and client facing experience
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of prior experience in workplace experience services, hospitality, events, or commercial facility/property management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven customer service and client-facing experience
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with initiative and good judgment
- Preferred: Trade school, union training, military service, or college education
- Proficiency in G-Suite
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Coupa software platforms
Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact providing warm welcome to employees and visitors
- Manage check-in/out processes
- Maintain presentable reception areas
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
- Process and manage workplace service requests via Jira tickets including events, amenities, shipping/receiving, access cards, and employee programs
- Provide clerical support including maintaining playbooks and trackers, managing voicemail, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with special projects
- Work closely with Facilities, IT, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate services and manage vendor performance
- Engage employees by spending time in reception and walking floors, monitoring workspace conditions, and identifying service opportunities
- Monitor operations for security, privacy, and safety risks, escalate issues appropriately, ensure compliance with policies, and serve as floor warden during emergencies
- Participate in training and professional development, suggest process improvements, maintain knowledge of systems and procedures, and support a culture of innovation and excellence
