Job Requirements
- Minimum three to five years prior experience in luxury hotel or travel industry
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and emails with calm demeanor
- Ability to maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Ability to input and access information in property management systems
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays and maintain a flexible schedule
- Ability to transport up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours continuously
Job Qualifications
- Three to five years prior experience in luxury hotel or travel industry
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities
- Skilled in handling high volume phone and email communication
- Proficiency in computer and property management systems
- Proficiency in speaking Japanese preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge all arriving and departing guests
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work areas at all times
- Adhere to Forbes Travel Guide standards including guest satisfaction, response time, and luxury service standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of local activities, hotel outlets, services, and menu selections
- Assist in-house guests with dining reservations and partner with dining and F&B teams
- Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests
- Resolve guest complaints and work with management to rectify issues
