Job Requirements

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an entire shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality or customer service principles preferred

Job Duties

  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Requisition necessary supplies and transport from storeroom to bar set-up area
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
  • Document pertinent information in department logbook
  • Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to kitchen
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Answer telephones using etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Support team to reach common goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested
