Job Duties
- Control seat availability in the club lounge
- Maintain bar cleanliness and condition of furniture and instruments
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- Stock ice, glassware, and provisions
- Communicate restocking needs promptly
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
- Complete opening and closing tasks
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cupboards, and storage areas
- Record relevant information in department logs
- Anticipate extra food needs and communicate with kitchen
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager
- Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance, and ensure confidentiality
- Greet guests according to company standards and attend to their needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly with others and handle telephone protocols
- Foster positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Move and handle objects up to 25 pounds
- Stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
