Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work early morning shifts
excellent customer service skills
friendly and approachable personality
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
strong communication skills
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to engage guests with a friendly and positive attitude
knowledge of local attractions and amenities is a plus
ability to work early morning hours
strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

Job Duties

maintaining a clean dining room, service area, and food and beverage hallways
provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs
arrive to work in uniform with a smile and 'can-do' attitude
restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistent service
continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival
be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day
communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed
