Job Requirements
- Must be available to work three to four shifts per week
- available to work weekdays and weekends from 5:30 am until 11 am
- ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- must submit a resume with application
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of local attractions and amenities
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- professional appearance
- experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- proficiency with telephone etiquette and written communication
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
- answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
- review shift logs or daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
- monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
