Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work three to four shifts per week
  • available to work weekdays and weekends from 5:30 am until 11 am
  • ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
  • must submit a resume with application
  • adhere to company policies and safety procedures
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge of local attractions and amenities
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • professional appearance
  • experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proficiency with telephone etiquette and written communication

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
  • respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
  • answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
  • review shift logs or daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
  • monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
