Job Duties
- Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- professionally greet members, guests, and team members
- direct member and customer feedback or complaints to appropriate St. James manager, and follow-up on issues derived from those comments
- collaborate with the member experience Manager to order department supplies
- answer phones in a pleasant and friendly manner, take messages and provide feedback on the phone as required
- update member accounts
- ability to work opening shift, evening shift, and work weekends if needed
- maintain an orderly work station area, including lobby and entrance ways
- supporting the safety of all members, guests, and team members
