Job Duties

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • professionally greet members, guests, and team members
  • direct member and customer feedback or complaints to appropriate St. James manager, and follow-up on issues derived from those comments
  • collaborate with the member experience Manager to order department supplies
  • answer phones in a pleasant and friendly manner, take messages and provide feedback on the phone as required
  • update member accounts
  • ability to work opening shift, evening shift, and work weekends if needed
  • maintain an orderly work station area, including lobby and entrance ways
  • supporting the safety of all members, guests, and team members
