Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant front service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask across multiple operating systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to resolve guest conflicts efficiently
- Knowledge of citywide hospitality offerings
- Professional demeanor and brand ambassador capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience in front services at a hotel, casino, spa, retail, or admin/office environment preferred
- Participation in industry associations such as Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA preferred
- Bilingual abilities preferred
Job Duties
- Professionally and expeditiously process all guest requests across multiple channels
- Promote, up-sell, and cross-sell MGM Resorts venues including amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotions
- Respond and assist with guest conflict resolutions in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and vendors as a brand ambassador
- Multitask in up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests
- Commit to ongoing knowledge development of citywide offerings and hospitality networks
- Facilitate booking processes while staying up to date on departmental policies and procedures
- Check in and check out hotel guests when necessary
