Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
- Ability to reach overhead, below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or hostess prior to functions to make introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timelines
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Speak clearly and professionally and answer telephones using proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
