Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- no licenses or certifications required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures
- ability to work in various physical environments including confined spaces and uneven surfaces

Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before the reception
- conduct introductions and ensure all preparations are agreed upon
- review and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine appropriate organization and timing
- attend to and fulfill special banquet preparations
- follow up on special banquet preparations to ensure compliance
- comply with company safety policies and procedures and report any maintenance issues or hazards
- maintain professional appearance and uphold company confidentiality
- support coworkers with dignity and respect and contribute to team goals
- perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and reaching as required
- greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- communicate professionally with guests and coworkers
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
