Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Willingness to assist other departments when necessary

Job Duties

  • Complete final dismantling of functions by cleaning rooms and storing equipment appropriately
  • Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable goods, locking doors, and sorting merchandise
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned service stations and areas
  • Transport soiled linens to designated areas for washing and restock shelves with clean linens
  • Maintain work area cleanliness throughout shifts using constant cleaning procedures
  • Assist other departments when necessary to ensure optimal guest service
  • Follow all company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance and uniform
  • Support team efforts to reach common goals
  • Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and transporting objects up to specified weights
  • Greet and recognize guests in accordance with company standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and on the phone
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
