Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have weeknight and weekend availability
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with heavier items

Job Duties
- Complete final dismantling of function by cleaning room and cleaning and storing equipment where appropriate
- Complete closing tasks such as storing all reusable merchandise, locking doors, sorting merchandise
- Organize, stock and maintain work areas
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene conditions and organization of assigned posts and service areas
- Transport dirty linens to the appropriate area for washing, separate napkins from tablecloths and restock linen shelves with clean linen
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day by constant cleaning procedure
- Assist other departments when necessary to ensure optimal guest service
