Job Requirements

  • preferred full availability on weekends and evenings
  • ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move lift carry push pull objects up to 50 pounds unaided and over 75 pounds with assistance
  • ability to grasp turn and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand eye coordination
  • ability to move over sloping uneven or slippery surfaces and up and down stairs or ramps
  • ability to reach overhead below knees and perform bending twisting pulling and stooping
  • adherence to safety policies and procedures
  • professional and clean personal appearance
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • no related work experience required
  • no supervisory experience required
  • none license or certification required

Job Duties

  • complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
  • complete closing duties including storing reusable goods locking doors and breaking down goods
  • set up stock and maintain work areas
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • transport dirty linen to correct area separate napkins from tablecloths and restock linen shelves
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day practicing clean as you go procedures
  • assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests
