Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function including cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
  • Complete closing duties such as storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
  • Transport dirty linen to appropriate cleaning areas and restock linen shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service
