Job Duties
- Complete final breakdown of function including cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
- Complete closing duties such as storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
- Transport dirty linen to appropriate cleaning areas and restock linen shelves
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service
