Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local area attractions and restaurants
  • Ability to speak clearly and professionally
  • Ability to prepare and review written documents
  • Competence in telephone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Provide accurate restaurant and entertainment advice and local directions
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
