Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience as leasing consultant or concierge in multi-family industry or related field
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Fair Housing state laws
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, and climb occasionally
- Ability to detect auditory and visual alarms
- Availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular attendance and active participation in company functions
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to fluently read and write English
- Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions
- Use all on-site resident management software functions
- Intermediate computer and internet knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Preferred knowledge of Entrata and Outlook software
- Minimum of one year as a Leasing Consultant or Concierge in the Multi-Family Industry or related field
- One year of experience in a service industry is preferred
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service
- Communicate effectively with community members, guests, visitors, and team members
- Communicate concerns of the community with community leadership
- Present an appearance appropriate to the image of Trinity Property Consultants
- Serve as a role-model by following all policies and procedures
- Ensure that all work has been completed in a prompt and professional manner
- Clerical and phone support
- Remove trash from lobby, amenity areas, and other community spaces daily
- Assist community team and/or perform assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all freight elevator reservations are up-to-date
- Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the community leadership
- Management of incoming and outgoing packages for all carriers
- Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor
