Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in leasing consultant or concierge role in multi-family or related service industry
- ability to fluently read and write English
- intermediate computer skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and occasional holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle high stress situations
- knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical ability to perform duties including climbing occasionally
- regular attendance
- availability for company functions and events
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum of one year as a leasing consultant or concierge in the multi-family industry or related field
- one year of experience in a service industry preferred
- intermediate computer and internet knowledge
- intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- preferred knowledge of Entrata software
- ability to fluently read and write English
- excellent communication skills
- administrative and organizational skills
- time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely
- knowledge of state law as it relates to Fair Housing
- demonstrated ability to contribute to a team approach in serving residents and maintaining a successful community
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service
- communicate effectively with community members, guests, visitors, and team members
- communicate concerns of the community with community leadership
- present an appearance appropriate to the image of Trinity Property Consultants
- serve as a role-model by following all policies and procedures
- ensure that all work has been completed in a prompt and professional manner
- clerical and phone support
- remove trash from lobby, amenity areas, and other community spaces daily
- assist community team and/or perform assigned tasks in a timely manner
- maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all freight elevator reservations are up-to-date
- demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the community leadership
- management of incoming and outgoing packages for all carriers
- additional tasks or duties assigned by supervisor
