Job Requirements

  • must be a resident of the community
  • ability to work part-time including weekends, holidays, and at least one closing shift weekly
  • ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs as needed in various weather conditions
  • must adhere to company’s high service standards
  • strong communicative and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to confidentiality and responsibility
  • proficiency in basic office procedures
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or commercial real estate preferred
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • greet and assist residents and visitors at the front desk
  • open the leasing office on time each day
  • manage public spaces and amenities including lighting, music, and coffee
  • answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • receive and distribute company and resident deliveries and mail
  • manage resident and guest parking
  • forward maintenance work orders to the maintenance team promptly
