Job Requirements
- must be a resident of the community
- ability to work part-time including weekends, holidays, and at least one closing shift weekly
- ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs as needed in various weather conditions
- must adhere to company’s high service standards
- strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- commitment to confidentiality and responsibility
- proficiency in basic office procedures
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or commercial real estate preferred
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- greet and assist residents and visitors at the front desk
- open the leasing office on time each day
- manage public spaces and amenities including lighting, music, and coffee
- answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate personnel
- receive and distribute company and resident deliveries and mail
- manage resident and guest parking
- forward maintenance work orders to the maintenance team promptly
