Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PC skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and complete projects
  • Knowledge of proper packing methods and ability to validate packing slips for accuracy of materials

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Professional appearance, attitude, and adherence to company policies

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to colleagues and guests
  • Ensure office spaces, meeting rooms, and supplies are organized and maintained
  • Manage visitor registration, meeting bookings, and special requests using technology
  • Anticipate needs, offer personalized support, and build strong relationships
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant reception area
  • Collaborate with Workplace Experience and service teams to deliver seamless support
  • Create best-in-class experiences that leave a lasting positive impression
