Job Requirements

  • Retail and/or customer service experience with a luxury setting for 1+ years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required

Job Duties

  • Processing all mail orders and approvals and keeping relevant teams informed
  • Logging all incoming deliveries and keeping the recipients informed
  • Administering and controlling the cost of couriers, shipping, alterations, and dry cleaning
  • Ensuring communication with all sales staff as well as the VIP department maintaining support for them in their sales with their customers
  • Reception: answer all incoming calls and take messages
  • Deal with customer phone enquiries
  • Ensuring the Dover Street Market customer service is exemplary
  • Ensuring email enquiries are dealt with daily and with a sense of urgency
  • Fully updating the events calendar with product launch dates and specific merchandise drops
  • Ensuring the team is fully updated
  • Helping the Concierge Supervisor with stationery orders
