Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three months related experience preferred
- clear and effective communication skills in English
- proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- strong interpersonal skills demonstrating compassion and professionalism
- capability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to maintain composure and positivity in resident and coworker interactions
- ability to follow safety protocols including monitoring security systems
- willingness to comply with company COVID-19 vaccination policy unless exempt
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- highly proficient computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word required
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful attitude
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- capability to make independent decisions when warranted
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure resident and property safety
- investigate any unusual activity
- process reports including work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive and manage delivery of packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc.
- maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure timely response and follow up to resident, family, and employee concerns
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
