Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three months related experience preferred
  • clear and effective communication skills in English
  • proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • strong interpersonal skills demonstrating compassion and professionalism
  • capability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • ability to maintain composure and positivity in resident and coworker interactions
  • ability to follow safety protocols including monitoring security systems
  • willingness to comply with company COVID-19 vaccination policy unless exempt

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • highly proficient computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word required
  • compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful attitude
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • capability to make independent decisions when warranted
  • ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure resident and property safety
  • investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports including work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive and manage delivery of packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc.
  • maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure timely response and follow up to resident, family, and employee concerns
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
