Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment

- Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Familiarity with HIPAA and elder care standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
- Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery, such as maintenance, housekeeping, and dining
- Maintain accurate logs and records including visitor sign-in, package deliveries, and resident requests
- Support event coordination and community programming as needed
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols
- Uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all times
