Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
- available to work part-time weekends 9am-5pm and/or weeknights 3pm-8pm
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
- proficiency in basic office equipment
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- no specific licensure or certification required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate degree preferred
- minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills and compassionate demeanor
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- familiarity with HIPAA and elder care standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
- manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
- assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information
- coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, dining)
- maintain accurate logs and records (e.g., visitor sign-in, package deliveries, resident requests)
- support event coordination and community programming as needed
- respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols
- uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all times
