Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living hospitality or healthcare
  • Ability to work weekends and/or weeknights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Basic proficiency with office equipment and computer applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living hospitality or healthcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and elder care standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet residents visitors and staff warmly and professionally
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
  • Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling appointment reminders and general information
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery including maintenance housekeeping and dining
  • Maintain accurate logs and records such as visitor sign-in package deliveries and resident requests
  • Support event coordination and community programming as needed
  • Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols
  • Uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all times
