Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living hospitality or healthcare
- Ability to work weekends and/or weeknights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Basic proficiency with office equipment and computer applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living hospitality or healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Familiarity with HIPAA and elder care standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet residents visitors and staff warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
- Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling appointment reminders and general information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery including maintenance housekeeping and dining
- Maintain accurate logs and records such as visitor sign-in package deliveries and resident requests
- Support event coordination and community programming as needed
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols
- Uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all times
