Job Duties

  • Greeting and directing clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • assisting employees and visitors in navigating the office space and escorting visitors when necessary
  • handling guests' individual needs including office assignments and administrative requests
  • monitoring concierge inbox and processing requests for guest space, conference rooms, and visitor access
  • triaging meeting support requests and ensuring accurate execution of details
  • assisting with basic IT requests and supporting video conferences
  • communicating regularly with team members to support projects and office operations
  • issuing visitor access badges and liaising with building security for compliance
  • maintaining visitor guides and providing information upon arrival
  • arranging transportation and validating parking as needed
  • managing office meeting and events calendar
  • supporting functional teams with large-scale meetings and room management
  • maintaining cleanliness of reception areas, kitchens, and conference rooms
  • assisting with general office projects like printing and binding
  • handling catering orders and managing setup and cleanup
  • supporting executive assistants with administrative duties
  • reporting repairs and coordinating with vendors
  • organizing storage and maintaining overall office appearance
  • monitoring and troubleshooting office equipment
  • ordering and organizing office supplies
  • managing mail and courier services
  • restocking office kitchens and managing kitchen maintenance
  • coordinating conference room setup including catering and IT needs
