Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 0-2 years experience in administrative support or customer service
- Strong service orientation and hospitality mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work periodic overtime
- Ability to be in office 5 days a week
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work periodic overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting employees and visitors with desk reservation system and escorting visitors
- Handling guests' individual needs including office assignments and administrative requests
- Monitoring concierge inbox and processing space requests, conference room reservations, and visitor access
- Triaging meeting support requests such as catering and IT and ensuring accurate execution
- Assisting with basic IT requests including guest Wi-Fi login details
- Communicating with team members to support projects, manage office space, and assist with internal events with backup coverage
- Managing visitor access badges and liaising with building security for entry and security protocol compliance
- Validating parking upon request
- Maintaining the office meeting and events calendar
- Supporting functional teams with large-scale meetings or events including room management
- Maintaining cleanliness of reception areas
- Assisting with general office projects like printing and binding as needed
