Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in front services at a hotel, casino, spa, retail, or admin office
  • Ability to handle multiple communication channels including phone, face to face, text, email, or fax
  • Strong interpersonal and professional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple operating systems
  • Commitment to ongoing professional knowledge development

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 plus years of relevant experience in front services at a hotel or casino, spa, retail, or administrative office work
  • Participation in industry associations such as the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Professionally and expeditiously process all guest requests including phone, face to face, text, email, or fax communication while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues
  • Respond and assist with guest conflict resolutions in a timely manner
  • Build relationships and professionally represent the brand with vendors and guests
  • Multitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests
  • Commit to ongoing knowledge development of citywide offerings and establish a professional network within the hospitality community
  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable on other departments/entities policies and procedures to facilitate booking processes
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out as needed
