Job Duties
- Explain and sell retail merchandise and adventure tours in the retail store
- take phone reservations in the reservations department
- sell on-site water activities like kayak and SUP rentals
- interface with hotel guests at the concierge desk
- coordinate tour check in and dispatch at the tour desk
- coordinate with subsidiaries, preferred sales affiliates, and guests
- load and unload kayaks into the water
