- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in telephonic customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in telephonic customer service
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency navigating multiple software packages in a Windows environment
- Attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to both individual and company success
Job Duties
- Building effective rapport with participants and probing to identify all needs
- Educating and promoting clinical services available to participants to increase engagement
- Prioritizing the most important service needed such as coaching, information, emotional support, or web navigation
- Collaborating closely with nursing and other teams to determine the best methods to meet participants' needs
- Conducting feedback surveys to evaluate satisfaction and the impact of Alight's services
- Documenting all research and summarizing calls accurately in the case management system
- Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA requirements when handling data and providing services
- Communicating medical information to a nonmedical audience
- Completing other duties as assigned
