Job Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Post-secondary training in hospitality management is an asset
- Must be able to read and write and understand oral and written instructions
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted, and insurable Michigan Driver's License in good standing
- Must always be clean, neat, and professional in appearance
- Must have good interpersonal skills and customer service attributes
- Must demonstrate customer-friendly demeanor and etiquette
- Highly trustworthy and able to deal with confidential information
- Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region
- Three years customer service experience
- Hospital experience preferred
- Computer proficiency including email and database management skills
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset

- Ensure all feedback responses comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a customer-friendly demeanor and exhibit excellent etiquette
