Job Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Post secondary training in hospitality management is an asset
- Ability to read and write and understand oral and written instructions
- Possess a valid, unrestricted, and insurable Michigan Driver's License in good standing with three or fewer points
- Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service attributes
- Demonstrate customer-friendly demeanor and etiquette
- Highly trustworthy with ability to handle confidential information
- Strong knowledge of local community, area, and region
- Three years of customer service experience
- Hospital experience preferred
- Proficient in computer skills including email and database management
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset
