Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality concierge or guest services
  • strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • knowledge of reservation systems and guest management platforms preferred
  • highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests providing personalized recommendations and itinerary planning
  • coordinate dining spa golf transportation and activity reservations
  • assist with special occasions VIP arrivals and custom guest experiences
  • communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments
  • support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally escalating when appropriate
  • maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems
  • stay informed on resort amenities events and local attractions
  • support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed
  • other duties as assigned
