Job Duties
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests providing personalized recommendations and itinerary planning
- coordinate dining spa golf transportation and activity reservations
- assist with special occasions VIP arrivals and custom guest experiences
- communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments
- support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement
- resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally escalating when appropriate
- maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems
- stay informed on resort amenities events and local attractions
- support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed
- other duties as assigned
