Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations and itinerary planning
  • coordinate dining, spa, golf, transportation, and activity reservations
  • assist with special occasions, VIP arrivals, and custom guest experiences
  • communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments
  • support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate
  • maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems
  • stay informed on resort amenities, events, and local attractions
  • support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed
  • perform other duties as assigned
