Job Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations and itinerary planning
- coordinate dining, spa, golf, transportation, and activity reservations
- assist with special occasions, VIP arrivals, and custom guest experiences
- communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments
- support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement
- resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate
- maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems
- stay informed on resort amenities, events, and local attractions
- support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
