Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual or multi-lingual language ability a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
- Enthusiastic friendly and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Answer inquiries offers suggestions and provide descriptive literature pertaining to hotel trips excursions sports events concerts and plays
- Maintain current listing of hours of hotel facilities as well as local attractions and events
- Respond to requests for information for future guests
- Provide information about dining at The Broadmoor as well as off property dining and secure reservations
- Secure spa reservations arrange tee times tennis court time arrange balloon flights rafting trips and other requests
- Constantly update concierge information books
- Obtain complete and accurate information when handling all guest requests
- Conduct historical property and other special tours for the guests
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
