Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual or multi-lingual language ability a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Job Duties
- Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to hotel, trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays
- Maintains current listing of hours of hotel facilities as well as local attractions and events
- Responds to requests for information for future guests
- Provides information about dining at The Broadmoor as well as off property dining and secures reservations
- Secures spa reservations, arranges tee times, tennis court time, arranges balloon flights, rafting trips and other requests
- Constantly updates concierge information books
- Obtains complete and accurate information when handling all guest requests
- Conducts historical, property, and other special tours for guests
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
