Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual or multi lingual language ability a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
- Enthusiastic friendly and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Answers inquiries offers suggestions and provides descriptive literature pertaining to hotel trips excursions sports events concerts and plays
- Maintains current listing of hours of hotel facilities as well as local attractions and events
- Responds to requests for information for future guests
- Provides information about dining at The Broadmoor as well as off property dining and secures reservations
- Secures spa reservations arranges tee times tennis court time arranges balloon flights rafting trips and other requests
- Constantly updates concierge information books
- Obtains complete and accurate information when handling all guest requests
- Conducts historical property and other special tours for the guests
- Willingness to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies procedures and safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
