Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience or equivalent combination in education and experience
- Bilingual or multi-lingual abilities preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Commitment to follow resort policies and safety
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly team player
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Answers inquiries and provides suggestions and descriptive literature about hotel and local attractions
- Maintains current listing of hotel hours and local events
- Responds to guest requests for information
- Provides information and secures reservations for dining, spa, recreational activities
- Arranges transportation and excursions including balloon flights and rafting trips
- Constantly updates concierge information resources
- Conducts historical and property tours for guests
- Upholds all resort policies and safety guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
