Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Two to three years of experience in client service or reception roles within hospitality or corporate environments
- Ability to work flexible schedules including standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills with excellent listening and oral proficiency
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Ability to follow emergency procedures
- Dependability and punctuality

Job Duties
- Support the Lobby Supervisor and Manager ensuring every guest is greeted enthusiastically and experiences memorable service
- Greet and handle visitors with a smile and maintain eye contact throughout interactions
- Follow procedures for expected and unexpected arrivals coordinating with in-house security as needed
- Answer telephones in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and navigate the Prism reservation system for guest check-ins
- Provide hospitality services guidance including wayfinding, amenities, transportation, and organizational information
- Be prepared to execute emergency procedures as required
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Assist with coverage in other locations and adhere to flexible schedules
- Take on additional duties as assigned
