Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word
  • ability to work overnight shifts Sunday through Thursday 11 pm to 7 am
  • ability to monitor security systems and respond to incidents
  • capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to maintain professionalism under stress
  • COVID-19 vaccination or exemption as per company policy

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful attitude
  • ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
  • receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, and deliver or hold them as requested
  • maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • respond to resident, family, or employee concerns with timely follow up
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
