Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word
- ability to work overnight shifts Sunday through Thursday 11 pm to 7 am
- ability to monitor security systems and respond to incidents
- capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to maintain professionalism under stress
- COVID-19 vaccination or exemption as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful attitude
- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions
- maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, and deliver or hold them as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond to resident, family, or employee concerns with timely follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
