Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role
  • Familiarity with concierge software and property management systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality management or related degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using concierge software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, reservations, and requests related to their stay
  • Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, and transportation services
  • Assist in making reservations for dining, tours, spa services, and other activities
  • Manage guest requests for special arrangements such as flowers, gifts, or transportation
  • Stay updated on local events, promotions, and amenities to provide current information to guests
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and area
  • Conduct regular inventory and ordering of concierge-related supplies and materials
  • Uphold company standards and adhere to policies and procedures
