Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
proficiency with basic computer applications
friendly and professional demeanor
ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and related details
greets and directs visitors to the community
receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
resolves customer questions and concerns
