Job Duties
- Assigning a concierge to each patient upon admission who completes new admission evaluations
- Conducting ongoing satisfaction surveys with residents, patients, families, and employees
- Performing pre-admission room checks as per the new admission room audit listing
- Maintaining communication with patients and families during their recovery process
- Collaborating with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to develop policies and procedures that enhance quality of care
- Following patients throughout their care journey with attention to detail and effective communication
- Leading initiatives in customer service and resident advocacy
