Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assigning a concierge to each patient upon admission who completes new admission evaluations
  • Conducting ongoing satisfaction surveys with residents, patients, families, and employees
  • Performing pre-admission room checks as per the new admission room audit listing
  • Maintaining communication with patients and families during their recovery process
  • Collaborating with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to develop policies and procedures that enhance quality of care
  • Following patients throughout their care journey with attention to detail and effective communication
  • Leading initiatives in customer service and resident advocacy
